We require an advance payment to cover the costs of booking your trek, including permits, transportation, and accommodation. We also need to secure the services of our experienced guides and porters.

Initial Booking Amount

An initial booking amount is required to secure your reservation. The amount of the initial booking amount varies depending on the type of trek you have booked. Please see the table below for details:

Payment Deadline

The initial booking amount is due within 10 days of making your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the 1st day of the trek.

2. Enter your travel dates and number of travelers.
3. Click the “Book Now” button.
4. Enter your personal information and select a payment method.
5. Click the “Pay Now” button to complete your booking.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking shortly after you have paid the initial booking amount.
